This was the first time I had met them, except for the drummer, Zeke (really tall guy). All ridiculously nice, cool peeps. Don’t let the menacing stares fool you. I’d been conversing back and forth with Syn (2nd from right) for what seemed like months, so we were glad to finally get everyone’s schedules coordinated and make it happen. Tak (far right) and Yvonne (far left) are married. Ain’t that cute?
Being a musician, it’s a little sad that I haven’t photographed nearly as many bands/musicians as I should have by now. I’ve done a lot of live performance photography, but not promo portraits like this. I think this is only the 4th band I’ve done this for, but I hope to get the ball rolling more with it. -DT
